'Avas'
Avas loves to work, desires to please, and has an affectionate nature. He is an exceptional athlete, proven on the hunting field and the 2019 Dog Puller sport world championships in Hungary where he placed 5th in the world. He is a fast, hard driven and cooperative worker.
Avas has his Hungarian Breeding license, obtained under the FCI and awarded to dogs seen by the Breed Warden of the Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla club of Hungary and deemed fit for breeding.

Pannonia Avar
Avar was the keeper from our very first litter, the Arctic A litter (Élces x Avas) born on the coldest night of the Yukon winter at -49 C !
He is a joy to train and a nice mix of his parents - intense in work, cooperative, and always puts all he has into everything you want to do with him. He is a supremely happy member of our pack with a pedigree that is very unique to North America and we are excited to see what he will bring to our program.
At just 6 months of age he was tested in NAVHDA Natural Ability and received a Prize 1 with maximum 112 score. His sister, Ajándék, also ran the NA test the same day with the same score and Prize 1!
At 18 months he successfully passed the German HZP field and water test, receiving bonus marks in his field search and his pointing ability.

Sajó is our American import, he was brought into the kennel to add some interesting Hungarian lineage to broaden the gene pool currently present in the Pannonia House.
He is a quite a funny young male with playful antics, a high desire for work and a strong love for birds. A very substantial male with solid, sound structure in addition to beautiful amber eyes and a russet gold coat that is very dense and harsh.

Fecske von Haus Schladern
Fecske is the proven matriarch of the Pannonia House - mother to our B and C litters, both of which received a NAVHDA Natural Ability Breeder's Award. She is loving and affectionate yet turns the switch on when it is time to work and finding birds! She is the perfect blend of dog that loves to hunt and then is content to cuddle on the couch with you during the off time.

'Élces'
Élces is lovingly referred to as our pepper pot - she has got a lot of go with huge prey drive and desire for hunting. She is a proven female as mother to the first litter in the Pannonia house, the arctic A litter, which received a NAVHDA Natural Ability Breeders award with all 6 puppies tested and all in Prize 1. She continues to show her tenacity and resilience in work with a fun loving and very affectionate character.

Pannonia Boróka
Boróka is the keeper from our B litter (Fecske x Avas), she is a very lively pup with a lot of stoke factor - be it hunting, dog puller or training of any kind she is happy to work! We are very proud of her high scores in field and also her ability to win in the show ring - at just one year old she won breed at the Vizsla Canada Nationals, beating out her mother Fecske. Proud moment for the Pannonia House.

Auburn Acres Sunvar's Unicum at Pannonia
'Csenge'
Csenge is my pick from a litter our Avar sired at Auburn Acres kennel in Ontario, Canada in January 2024. She has inherited her mother's easy going temperament, her father's zest for life and both their intensity for bird work. So far she has been the easiest puppy to raise, almost like an adult already at 6 months old. We are very excited for her future and what she can bring to the Pannonia line.

'Zápor'
The youngest of our current pack, Zápor comes from a kennel in Slovakia. She was brought in for her unique pedigree to add to the gene pool here in North America. She is still just a young pup but we are impressed with her tenacity and drive already - she will have an exciting future at our kennel, keep posted for her progress in the coming months!
